Judgement of Mr Justice Garrett Simons in a case taken by the State against Coastal Concern Alliance, claiming that the Judicial Review lodged by CCA (April 2021) was moot.

The court determined that the case was not moot, so the substantive case taken against the State by Coastal Concern Alliance went to hearing in July 2024.
